Leslie Guzman began studying dance at age 5.  She began her early studies with Connie Schwarze emphasizing the Vaganova Syllabus and continued on scholarship with the San Francisco Ballet and School of American Ballet in New York.  She has taught ballet at Zohar in Palo Alto and has performed locally with Tandy Beal and Karl Schaffer.  She continues her own studies with Vicki Bergland, Rebecca Blair, Kristine Elliott, and Lisa Burnett.
